At Mister Vape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
